Privacy notice
This notice explains how JKL Agile collects, uses and protects personal data. It is written to be readable rather than lawyerly.

Who we are
JKL Agile is a UK-based consultancy operated by Jon Kelly. Any questions about this privacy notice can be sent via the contact page.
What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide (name, work email, organisation, role and the description of your challenge). We also use privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify individuals.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange scoping conversations, and—only where you have separately consented—to send occasional notes when new insights articles are published.
Lawful basis
For enquiry responses, our lawful basis is legitimate interest and, where applicable, the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Marketing communications are only sent on the basis of freely given, specific consent.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to correspond with you and, where relevant, for a limited period afterwards for legitimate business record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page.
Third parties
We use a small number of trusted processors (for email, hosting and analytics). We do not sell personal data. A current list of processors can be provided on request.
Complaints
You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
