How JKL Agile collects, uses and protects personal data when you contact us or use this website.

Who we are
JKL Agile is an independent consultancy operated by Jon Kelly, based in Northern Ireland. Full data-controller registration details will be published here once verified.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide: name, work email, organisation, role and the description of your challenge. If you tick the marketing box, we separately record that consent (date, time and version of this notice).
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and to arrange scoping conversations. We do not add anyone to a marketing list.
Lawful basis
For enquiry responses: legitimate interest and, where applicable, pre-contract steps taken at your request. For marketing: specific, freely given consent that can be withdrawn at any time by replying to any such email or contacting us.
Third parties
We use a small number of trusted processors to operate the site and deliver email. The final list of hosting, email and analytics providers, together with their locations and any international transfers, will be published in this notice once verified.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal data, to restrict processing and to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights contact us via /contact.
Complaints
You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
